Oxford Momma is a self-care subscription box for moms, and I’m totally in love with it. That’s partly because I curate each box, but it’s also largely because I’m such a believer in self-care. Moms are happier, healthier, and certainly saner when self-care is a daily practice. Which means my Oxford Momma review is like unboxing my own “me” time reminder.
Each Oxford Momma subscription box includes a new book chosen specifically for moms, an aromatic soy candle, 1-3 self-care items, an inspirational art print postcard, and other bookish goodies just for moms.
The length of this month’s book, Carry On, Warrior by Glennon Doyle Melton, was absolutely perfect, and it’s a richly inspiring read for moms. I’ve been really enjoying the message of embracing life’s beautiful mess, especially since the birth of my third daughter has completely disrupted the status quo in our household.
Also included in this month’s box was a spring themed sticker, a hand-poured soy candle from Moi Candles available exclusively from Oxford Momma, and an amazing bar of natural soap from Skin Foodie. I’m currently deciding whether I’ll send the postcard to one of my mom friends or if I’ll display the art side in my office. It’s such a wonderful message to see every day: Today I will bloom. #yaasss
